Complete Site Work — From Raw Land to Build-Ready
If you're building — a home, a barn, a shop, a commercial building — somebody has to turn raw land into a buildable site. That's what I do. Clearing, excavation, grading, pads, driveways, drainage, utility trenches: one contractor handling the whole dirt side so your builder can just build.
Site work includes:
- Lot clearing and brush removal
- Mass excavation and earthmoving
- Building pads cut to your plans' elevations
- Access roads and construction entrances
- Trenching for water, sewer, power, and septic
- Drainage, swales, and erosion control
- Final grading around the finished structure
I work with your builder, not against them. I've spent 14 years alongside local companies. Send me your grading plan and I'll price it, pull the permits, coordinate inspections, and have the site ready when your framer shows up. If something on the plans won't work in the field, I'll flag it early — not after the concrete's poured.
Permits and inspections handled. Grading permits, encroachment permits, utility locates — I deal with the county so you don't have to learn their process on your first project.
Serving Monterey, San Benito, and San Luis Obispo counties. Call or text 831-327-8582 — send me your plans and I'll get you a number.
Do you work with general contractors? Yes — a lot of my site work is for GCs and owner-builders. Happy to bid from plans.
Can you take a project from raw land to build-ready? That's exactly the job: clearing through final grade, permits included.
How far out are you booking? Depends on the season — call and I'll give you an honest timeline.
